This amber Kakhetian wine, traditionally placed in a Kvevri, is a classic example of this style. In the very first flavors you will feel well-known aromas – Georgian spices, dry flowers, toast and sweet tones (sugar hazelnuts) at the end.
Serve cooled to 14-16 °.
Serve with fried fish, fried chicken, fried fatty pork, beef tongue and meat salads.
